The Petzl JANE-Y is a double lanyard (Y-shaped) without an energy absorber, specially designed as part of a modular fall arrest system for professional work at height. This lanyard is used in combination with a separate energy absorber, such as the Petzl ABSORBICA, to create a complete, EN-certified fall arrest system that meets the specific requirements of the work situation.

Thanks to its Y-configuration, the user can safely move along structures and anchor points while always maintaining one connection. The JANE-Y is made from abrasion-resistant dynamic rope and features sewn end terminations, providing a compact, reliable, and durable solution for daily professional use in industries such as construction, steel erection, maintenance, and infrastructure.
