All amounts stated are excluding VAT.
Parcels within the Netherlands
Orders of €75.00 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below €75.00 we charge €12.50 shipping. All parcels are sent with track & trace.
Heavy products and pallets
Products heavier than 31.5 kg or larger than 100 × 50 cm do not fit in a parcel. We deliver these as a heavy parcel or by pallet:
- Heavy parcel up to 70 kg: €55.00
- Half pallet up to 350 kg: €69.50
- Full pallet up to 700 kg: €86.00
- Two pallets up to 1,400 kg: €159.00
- Heavier shipments: on request
The rate that applies to your order is shown in the checkout before you complete your order. If you order a parcel and a pallet product together, both rates are charged. Delivery within an agreed time window is possible at an additional charge; please contact us for this.
Stairs, ladders and gantry cranes
A fixed freight rate applies, which is shown in the checkout.
Delivery time
If an item is in stock and you order before 2:00 pm on a working day, we ship it the same day. Items that are not in stock are shipped within five working days. If you order on account, the delivery time starts once we have received your order. Any delivery time stated is indicative.
Belgium
Orders to Belgium of €75.00 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below €75.00 we charge €12.50 shipping. All parcels are sent with track & trace.
Heavy products and pallets are delivered in Belgium at the following rates:
- Heavy parcel up to 70 kg: €115.50
- Half pallet up to 350 kg: €119.50
- Full pallet up to 700 kg: €149.50
- Two pallets up to 1,400 kg: €277.50
- Heavier shipments: on request
Germany
Orders to Germany of €100.00 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below €100.00 we charge €15.00 shipping. All parcels are sent with track & trace.
Heavy products up to 70 kg are delivered in Germany as a heavy parcel for €115.50. Heavier shipments and pallet shipments to Germany are on request.
Other countries
Different rates apply to other countries; these are shown in the checkout. If your country is not listed, you can request a quote via support@hefenhijsonline.nl or +31 50 305 34 83.
Delivery
Pallet shipments and heavy shipments are delivered to the first threshold. Please make sure someone is present to receive the shipment and that unloading is possible on site. If you are not present, parcels will be offered a second time or delivered to a pick-up point. We may charge any additional costs incurred because a shipment cannot be delivered.
Collection
You can collect your order free of charge at Stavangerweg 6 in Groningen once we have confirmed that it is ready.
Damage or non-receipt
Please check your shipment on receipt. If there is damage, or if your shipment has not been delivered within the expected time, please contact us via support@hefenhijsonline.nl or +31 50 305 34 83.
Returns
See our returns policy. If we delivered the wrong item, we will cover the return costs.
