Processing and Delivery Time
We do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within five (5) working days after receipt of payment. For payment on account, your package will be shipped within five (5) working days after receipt of your order.
Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered by a reliable courier service. We always choose a carrier that matches the type and weight of your order to guarantee fast and safe delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. These costs are automatically displayed during checkout before you confirm the order. Any additional costs, for example for bulky packages, will also be clearly communicated before the order is finalized.
Free shipping
Free shipping is exclusively valid for products selected by us and under our stated conditions. Products always excluded include, but are not limited to: gantry cranes, scaffolding, stairs, ladders, special order items.
Shipping within the Netherlands
We currently deliver within the Netherlands. For shipments outside this area, please contact us for a customized quote.
Not at home for delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a message with instructions for a second delivery attempt or picking up the package at a collection point. Delivery Problems
