De JDT THEIPA Point TP 6,7 is een draaibaar hijsoog met kogellager voor 6,7 ton, met M30-draad in vier inschroeflengtes van 35 tot 60 mm.


Details

De werklast staat op elk hijsoog gemarkeerd en is de WLL bij verticale trek (90°) aan één streng. Let op: binnen dezelfde serie verschilt die werklast per draadmaat — kies de variant op draadmaat én werklast, niet op de serienaam alleen.

  • Draaibaar hijsoog met kogellager, roteert 360° onder last
  • Beugel scharniert 180°; krimpnokken voorkomen dat de beugel knikt
  • Verzinkt voor corrosiebescherming
  • Aanhaalmoment per draadmaat — zie het tabblad Specificaties
  • Bij asymmetrische lastverdeling geldt voor 2- tot 4-strengs de WLL van 1 streng bij 90°
  • Boven 200 °C moet de werklast blijvend worden gereduceerd; raadpleeg tabel 2 in de gebruiksaanwijzing
  • Andere draadmaten en lengtes op aanvraag (TPSO), leverbaar met RFID-chip

Draai het hijsoog met een steeksleutel aan tot het vlak op het draagvlak ligt. Blijft het oog permanent in de last zitten, of wordt de last ermee gedraaid, gebruik dan het aanhaalmoment uit de specificaties.

Standards

JDT levert de hijsogen met certificaat en EG-verklaring van overeenstemming. Uit de gebruiksaanwijzing van de fabrikant:

  • Machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG — beproevingscoëfficiënt 2,5 volgens punt 4.4.1 van bijlage I
  • Jaarlijkse keuring door een deskundige, met inachtneming van de geldende normen en voorschriften (bijvoorbeeld DGUV Regel 109-017)
  • JDT adviseert elke drie jaar een scheuronderzoek door een deskundige met geschikte apparatuur
  • Keuringsrapporten moeten worden bewaard; bij zware gebruiksomstandigheden geldt een kortere keuringstermijn

Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing samen met het certificaat en de EG-verklaring. De EG-verklaring staat als afbeelding in de gebruiksaanwijzing; vraag de ondertekende verklaring bij ons op als je die voor je dossier nodig hebt.
