The Petzl SPIN L1 is a highly efficient single pulley with a swivel, designed for easy setup of hauling systems, load deviation, and Tyrolean traverses. The pulley can be opened while still attached to the anchor point, making rope insertion quick and safe—even with gloves on.

The swivel allows the pulley to rotate under load and facilitates handling. The large-diameter sheave on sealed ball bearings provides excellent efficiency of 95%. The SPIN L1 is available in a yellow (Professional) and a black version.
