The Petzl ZIGZAG® PLUS is an advanced mechanical ascender, designed for professional tree care, rope access, and technical climbing applications. The device enables smooth, controlled movements along the rope, both upwards and downwards, with a precision and ease of use significantly higher than traditional knots.

Thanks to its clever link system, the ZIGZAG® PLUS moves fluidly over the rope and offers very precise control during positioning and descent. The integrated ball-bearing pulley reduces friction, making climbing more efficient and less tiring. The device is standardly suitable for use with a double rope (DdRT) and can also be used for single rope (SRT) work in combination with the Petzl CHICANE.
