De Green Pin harpsluiting G-4163 heeft een ruime beugel voor meerdere parten en een veiligheidsbout met moer en borgpen, zodat de pen niet los kan trillen. Verkrijgbaar van 500 kg tot 85 ton in thermisch verzinkt grade 60 staal, met een breukbelasting van 6 × de werklast.

  • Werklast, maat en fabrikantmerk staan in de beugel gesmeed
  • Materiaal: hoogwaardig staal grade 60, gehard en ontlaten
  • Afwerking: thermisch verzinkt
  • Gebruikstemperatuur −40 °C tot +200 °C op volle werklast. Daarboven verlagen: 200–300 °C naar 90 %, 300–400 °C naar 75 %, boven 400 °C niet toegestaan
  • Voor opstellingen met sterke trillingen is een uitvoering met vaste moer leverbaar — vraag ons naar de mogelijkheden
  • Minimaal elk half jaar laten keuren, vaker bij zwaar gebruik
  • Nooit overbelasten en schokbelasting voorkomen

  • Voldoet aan de prestatie-eisen van US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271, grade A
  • Veiligheidsfactor: breukbelasting (MBL) is 6 × de werklast
  • DNV type approval en ABS Product Design Assessment; vanaf 2 ton ook DNV 2.7-1 voor offshore containers
  • Inspectiecertificaat 2.1, 2.2 of 3.1 en proefbelastingcertificaat MTC a zijn kosteloos leverbaar

De werklast volgens EN 13889 geldt niet onder uitzonderlijk gevaarlijke omstandigheden zoals offshore werk, het hijsen van personen of het hijsen van gevaarlijke lasten. Laat een deskundige dan het risico beoordelen en de werklast verlagen.
