The Petzl Avao Sit is a comfortable and robust sit harness for professional use in work positioning, descents, and rope access. This harness is specifically designed for applications where prolonged suspended work is central, such as industrial rope access, maintenance, and inspection work at height.

The Avao Sit is equipped with a wide, semi-rigid waist belt and leg loops with pre-shaped comfort foam, providing excellent support and pressure distribution during work in position. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the harness remains stable, even during rope transfers. The Avao Sit is used in combination with a chest harness to form a complete EN 361 certified system.
