De JDT Flat Point FP 2,5 is een vlak draaibaar hijsoog voor 2,5 ton met M20x70-bout. Bouwt lager dan een standaard hijsoog en draait 360° onder last.


Details

De werklast staat op elke Flat Point gemarkeerd. Bij asymmetrische lastverdeling geldt voor 2- tot 4-strengs de WLL van één streng bij 0°.

  • Vlak draaibaar hijsoog met bout — bouwt aanzienlijk lager dan een standaard hijsoog
  • Bout volgens DIN EN ISO 4014 (DIN 931), sterkteklasse 10.9, scheurgetest
  • Aanhaalmoment per maat — zie het tabblad Specificaties
  • Gebruik uitsluitend scheurgeteste bouten in sterkteklasse 10.9 en alleen de draadmaat die op het onderdeel staat gemarkeerd
  • Bij bevestiging met moeren: sterkteklasse 10, scheurgetest
  • Bij gebruik als sjorpunt is de toegestane sjorkracht (LC) 2 × de WLL
  • Alle gangbare draden leverbaar, van inch tot rondschroefdraad; leverbaar met RFID-chip

Bij originele JDT-bouten (M10x40 t/m M36x100) geldt: onder −20 °C en boven +100 °C moet de werklast worden gereduceerd. Raadpleeg tabel 2a en 2b in de gebruiksaanwijzing.

Standards

JDT levert de hijsogen met certificaat en EG-verklaring van overeenstemming. Uit de gebruiksaanwijzing van de fabrikant:

  • Machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG — beproevingscoëfficiënt 2,5 volgens punt 4.4.1 van bijlage I
  • Jaarlijkse keuring door een deskundige, met inachtneming van de geldende normen en voorschriften (bijvoorbeeld DGUV Regel 109-017)
  • JDT adviseert elke drie jaar een scheuronderzoek door een deskundige met geschikte apparatuur
  • Keuringsrapporten moeten worden bewaard; bij zware gebruiksomstandigheden geldt een kortere keuringstermijn

Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing samen met het certificaat en de EG-verklaring. De EG-verklaring staat als afbeelding in de gebruiksaanwijzing; vraag de ondertekende verklaring bij ons op als je die voor je dossier nodig hebt.
