Het Sioen Kendal is een overhemd met lange mouwen en vlamboogbescherming APC 1 (ELIM 6,4 cal/cm²), inherent vlamvertragend en antistatisch.

De lichte, ademende stof (54% modacryl, 44% katoen, 2% antistatische vezel, ca. 180 g/m²) houdt je koel. Geschikt als bovenlaag of als tussenlaag onder een vlamboogjas.

Vlamboogkleding beschermt alleen als gesloten geheel: draag jas en broek (of een overall) van minimaal dezelfde klasse en draag eronder geen smeltende synthetische kleding. Welke klasse nodig is, volgt uit de risico-inventarisatie (RI&E) en de vlamboog-risicoanalyse van de werkgever. De fabrikant certificeert per maat en kleur; de conformiteitsverklaring vind je bij Technische documenten.
